Payment Processing
How do I purchase a product?
Go to the web page that contains the product that you would like to purchase. Click on the button BUY NOW button that is displayed on the web page. A new window will open in your browser that will guide you on how to complete your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us.
How does payment processing work?
Payments are processed by PayPal, a well established online payments platform. All PayPal payments are secured by an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. Your information is secured.
Paintings and Physical Items
Where may I send questions about a specific painting in the shop?
Please use the contact form to contact us directly. If you wish to be contacted over a phone call, please add your phone number to the contact form as well.
Alternatively you may contact us on one of the phone numbers listed in the contact form. (Be advised that international charges may apply.)
When will my painting be shipped?
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is between 2-4 days. We will explicitly notify you when your painting is shipped, either on your email address or on the phone number you provided at the time of purchase.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
May I return a painting?
Yes, you must contact us and ship the painting back within 14 days after it was delivered to you.
Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
May I exchange an already purchased painting with another one in the shop?
At this time we do not offer exchanges, but you may return your purchase within 14 days of buying and make a new purchase.
May I return a custom order?
Unfortunately, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns.
May I quote a lower price for a painting?
This would really depend on the particular painting you have in mind. Please reach out to us by using the contact form. Make sure to include the name or reference number of the painting.
Digital Downloads
How do digital download purchases work?
After you make a purchase and it is processed from our side, you will receive an email with a link where you can download your purchase. There is no time limit and you can download your purchase at any time.
May I return a digital download?
Unfortunately, because of the nature of these items, unless the downloads are damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns.
Are digital downloads copyrighted?
Digital downloads are for personal, private use only. They cannot be reproduced or transmitted without author’s prior permission.
We ask that you do not resell your digital purchase, do not transfer or share it and do not sell printed copies of it. You may of course use printed copies as gifts.
May I share my finished colorings online?
Yes, absolutely! Tag us on your favourite social network using the hashtag #StremArt.
It would be great if you also mention the book or coloring pages title, but you are free to do as you like.
